Before organisations ask how AI can improve project delivery, they should first ask whether their information is ready.

Its value comes from connecting accurate information, operational data and real world asset performance to create a reliable digital representation of a building throughout its lifecycle. AI can then analyse that information, identify trends and support better operational decisions, but only if the underlying data can be trusted.
